The Codepoint CS1060 temperature and humidity monitor is small and portable. It is designed for long-range, low-power monitoring of temperature and humidity conditions indoors and outdoors.

This sensor, which features highly accurate thermometer and hygrometer capabilities, immediately detects when temperature and humidity levels fall out of range, allowing you to receive real-time alerts via the LANA IoT Platform.

How Do You Add The Codepoint CS1060 Temperature & Humidity Sensor to The LANA IoT Platform?

When you purchase the Codepoint CS1060 Temperature & Humidity sensor(s) from the OrderLANA.com store we automatically add the sensor(s) to your LANA IoT account. You can search for each sensor in the platform by using the serial number listed on the sensor.  Once you have located a sensor you can then change the name, add a picture of the location is it placed in, and set your alert preferences.



How Is The Codepoint CS1060 Temperature & Humidity Sensor Powered On?

The Codepoint CS1060 Water Temperature and Humidity is powered by two AAA batteries which provide 2+ years of operation in normal conditions.

To power on the sensor you need to:

1) Remove the four seal rubber pads from each corner on the base of the sensor

2) Unscrew the screws at the base of the sensor and add the two AAA batteries

3) Screw the base back on and press the 'set button' on the base to turn the sensor on

4) The device will activate, blinking red two time when joining the network. When successfully connected to the LoRa network the sensor will blink green four times. You will now see the sensor status and location updated in your LANA IoT Platform.

Can the Codepoint Temperature & Humidity Sensor Be Used Outdoors?

Yes, the Codepoint CS1060 Temperature and Humidity Sensor can be used outdoors. This sensor is waterproof with a certified IP67 rating. 

Does the Codepoint CS1060 Temperature & Humidity Sensor Need Wi-Fi Connection To Work?

No, the Codepoint CS1060 Temperature & Humidity Sensor does NOT require Wi-Fi. This long range, lower power sensor connects to the LANA IoT Platform using the LoRaWAN network/connectivity.
