How Do I Transition My Owlcam to LANA Fleet?
To transition to LANA Fleet, please complete the transition form at the bottom of this page. After submission:
- A member of the LANA Fleet Team will contact you
- You'll receive exclusive Owlcam transition pricing for each camera
- You'll need to complete and sign the LANA Fleet MSA via DocuSign
- You'll need to complete a credit card authorization form via DocuSign
- Unpair and delete your camera from the Owlcam mobile app
- Your camera will be reset (you'll need to approve deletion of existing footage)
- Onboarding to LANA Fleet platform takes up to 48 hours
- You'll receive access to LANA Fleet University with tutorial videos and feature guides
- You’ll receive an invite to your LANA Fleet Account
What Is The Cost To Transition to The LANA Fleet?
Due to the closure of Owlcam, special rates are available for existing Owlcam customers. Complete the transition form to receive exclusive Owlcam transition pricing.

Can My Annual Owlcam Memebership Be Applied To LANA Fleet?
Yes, you’re remaining Owlcam annual membership can be applied to your LANA Fleet account at the exclusive Owlcam transition price per camera. The LANA Fleet team will help apply this credit to your account during the transition process. If you opt for this, you will not receive a refund from Owlcam.
What Type of Support Do I Get With LANA Fleet?
LANA Fleet provides comprehensive support:
- Available via phone, email, and online chat
- Support hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm ET
- Support team can access your cloud events and camera footage to help with video retrieval. Which is different from Owlcam.
How Long Does LANA Fleet Keep Dashcam Footage?
Event-triggered videos (collisions, tailgating, break-ins, and other motion events) are automatically stored in the cloud for up to 60 days from the incident. During this period, you can access, share, and download these videos anytime.
Just like on Owlcam any footage stored on your camera will be done as per your camera recording settings. This can range depending on vehicle use, from 7 days up to 14 days. Older footage is overwritten as new footage recorded.
Can I Live Stream Video Footage From LANA Fleet?
Yes, you can live stream video footage from any LANA Dashcam in your fleet 24/7 via:
- The mobile app
- The desktop platform
Do I Have To Purchase A Monthly Subscription?
Yes, a subscription (monthly or annual) is required to:
- Access all platform and mobile app features including live streaming
- Ensure your equipment stays up-to-date with over-the-air firmware updates
How Do I View LANA Fleet Footage?
You can access footage in two ways:
- Real-time monitoring:
- Log in to the LANA Fleet platform or mobile app anytime to see and hear what is happening in and around our car
- Check on vehicle safety while parked
- Event recordings:
- Automatic event recordings for collisions, break-ins, and other motions
- Just like on Owlcam all auto generated events are stored in the cloud for 60 days.
Is There A Mobile App For LANA Fleet?
Yes, there is a mobile app available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
How Many Users And Cameras Can I Have On LANA Fleet?

- You can add unlimited users to your account and set up sub-accounts
